Return Policy

General terms

The refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since the delivery of your product, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

If you want to return your order within said time, we will offer a refund. Send an email to shop[at]mauricederooij.com, we appreciate it if you explain the reason for your return, but this is not an obligation. Make sure to check the terms underneath about returning your item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it
  • your item must be returned in the original packaging
  • shipping costs must be covered by you, the customer

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return and refund.
If the return and refund are approved, your refund will be processed, meaning that the original costs will be refunded to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Contact your bank/credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
